Our programmes are specifically designed to be progressive, rewarding, and achievable. By following our training programmes, you'll be able to go from running less than 5k to a marathon within 60 weeks (6 Training Terms).
If you have no desire to run a marathon, this is not a problem, as our training programmes are adaptable, to suit those who just want to get quicker over a distance, or who simply want to get fitter. Click on the buttons below to find out more.
In all our Locations we have provided runners of all shape, size, age, gender and ability with the tools, guidance and motivation to go on and achieve fantastic results. We have helped individuals who couldn’t run a mile without stopping, complete 13.1 miles in just 14 weeks, and we have helped others shave minutes and minutes off their PB’s.
A Running Club for 'Non-Runners'
We are not a professional or even a semi-professional running club. All of our Programmes have been designed with you in mind. Our focus is on working with those who would like to run, are not sure how and would just like to get better. There is no pressure to compete, just to get the best out of you. Plus we like the social side of things too much to get too serious. Training with others is as much a motivator as the trainer is.

Each of our Programmes will take you through:

- Interval Sessions - improving your Anaerobic Threshold
- Hills - strengthening those leg muscles
- Speed Activities - maximising running efficiency and smashing those PB's!

We have trained over 900 individuals (and rising) using these methods and systems and have had over 90% of our runners say they would recommend. To be honest though, the main benefits come from the groups themselves:

You can do the same. Our varying courses all lead up to local events and you can complete them! By training just once a week in our group and then following our tailored programme, we know that you will run a 5K, 10K or Half Marathon for the first time, do it faster than before or simply finish the course as a dedicated and experienced runner! You don’t have to run in a race but it's a great goal to aim for!
